Uitvlugt Resort

The poorest service ever. After a big storm the electricity went out, which I could understand. But then we also did not have water and not the manager or the owner would sssist in this matter. For two days, no eectricity and no water. We are four people staying in a chalet and need to use the toilet, wash up ourselfs, etc and they only give us 5L of water. When I phoned with the complaint, the owner just refused to assist or make a plan, only blames Eskom.
