Unbelievable

Yesterday my grandpa was submitted to hospital he had adult dippers on when I came there when it was dirty the nurse told me to clean him up isn't it a nurse duty to do this because they are getting paid for doing it isn't it. Secondly they placed him in a bed where he can fell of I ask the nurse to place him more in a crib tipe bed she then told me she can't lift him I must do it. The other nurse clap him on this sore leg and told him to not climb off.why do they treat the people so bad and for what are the nurses getting paid for?
