Great Service

Today I called the Uitenhage Provincial Hospital asking to be transfered to a ward.The gentleman that had initally picked up the call and transfered me,called me back to find out if I had received the assistance I needed.I then advised I still needed to get through to trauma..He transfered my call again.I then drove into the hospital to get assistance.A few minutes ago,he has just called me to confirm if I was able to get assistance and if I feel any better now.I was not able to take down his name..But I would like to applaud his service..I have never received such service from a public servant..Its great to know people are still enthusiastic abt their jobs even in these trying times.
