Worst Service ever

The worst experience I've ever had with any service provider ever. next time you want to claim UIF sort out your documents and do it yourself via UIF online or just go straight to the Department. Soon as you pay UIF Connect to handle that for you they forget about you and they take their own time to give you feedback and they take forever to process the documents. Trust me you do not want to work with them, They are *********** and their customer care is very rude. Some cases with them take higher priority when it comes to them.
