WORST SERVICE EVER AFTER BEING RETRENCHED

i have been retrenched and submiteed my UI19 and all documents. i got an sms to wait 35 days. I have heard nothing

when i try call in I hold on for more than and hour and no one answers i tried emailing and no response besides and automated message!!!

This is the worst service after being retrenched !!!!
