Very disappointed at the level of service

Service is terrible, they take days to respond to your mails and when they do they are rather rude. I received a mail on 3rd September saying my uif claim was submitted on the 2nd, but no actual proof of this. When I follow up i get ignored or a rude response which makes me wonder if my stuff was even submitted. Paid for a service Im not even getting and I doubt I will ever get anything from the department of labour. Just wasted my time.
