Uif Connect is a ****

Uif Connect deleted my post on Facebook. I'm posting on Hello Peter once again with regards to my experience with Uif connect. I submitted my claim on 12January 2020. Since then I followed up Ons a monthly or weekly basis, always the same excuse.. 'the Department of Labour isn't available, the Department of Labour closed due to a COVID case, the Department of Labour appointed a new assessor and needs to start over' - It was always the department's fault. On 27 October 2020 I desperately asked for assistance from another person, after I received the same excuse from UIF Connect, the next day on the 28th of October 2020 my claim was paid out. I have proof that my claim was only accessed twice over 9months by Uif Connect and that they did absolutely NOTHING. When I logged my first complaint on HelloPeter against Uif Connect, they threatened me that they will withdraw from my claim without giving me back my money. That proof can also be provided. Please, don't ever make use of UIF Connect. The only thing they're good at is providing you with the application form and taking your money for No services rendered. Uif Connect is a ****!
