UIF Connect are nothing the said they are
My wife submitted and paid UIF connect in mid February 2019 and still has not been paid a cent. She has submitted all documentation numerous times. Tamaryn is either in hospital or and vacation, she always has a story. We now have Nicole trying to sort something for us and till now nothing. my advice to anyone who is thinking about using these guys....Do not...lets see if i get any sort of feed bake after they see our review.

This is a continuation of my previous complaint on the service we have received from UIF Connect. Is been a year and nothing has been paid to my wife as yet. Tamaryn is the biggest **** i have ever met, she has all the excuses on the planet and no results. She always blames the UIF for not updating there payments or the busy with it. My advise to anyone stay away, these people are bad news. Because of their poor service we have lost thousands of rands. This was my wife's first claim in 20 years of working and we put our trust in these people.
I cannot believe this woman can actually sleep at night knowing how badly people need their money to survive.
Very disgusted.
