UIF Claim

My UIF was 'registered" on the 13 of Jan - been unemployed since 20 Nov 2019. I have not recieved any payment nor eta from UIF Connect. Im really concerned and Tamaryn not responding to my mails. Telephonic response is always the same - youre claim with assessor and COV19 getting preference Im a single mom and besides the bills I cant even pay rent. Please advize this is urgent and unacceptable!!!!!! Will contact News24 and Newspapers if I dont get a response.
