Terrible service taking money from unemployed

I paid this company end of May 2018 to manage my claim on my behalf. It is now 18 weeks later without any indication when my claim will be processed and if it will be processed. Same excuse every time I try to follow up by email because they never answer their phones Not recommended and will only waste your time and money
