So service - no payments - please do not entrust your precious money an time to them

I have paid and submitted all my documents 8 March and until now, 23 Aug have not received a single payment. Every time there is a 'problem' then for some reason they could not pay into my account although they have an official letter confirming my bank details, then some paperwork has to be resubmitted. Now no of my emails are being answered. What should I do? I am not the kind of person that spreads malicious rumours or threaten to take actions but my period to put in a claim with Dept of Labour has now expired and if UIF Connect cannot sort this out, I will get nothing and still have no job. I have already lost most of my stuff trying to stay afloat. How long should one just be quiet and wait before going public when something does not look all 'above board'. I am sure if this is a **** legal action will make sure nobody else gets trapped in this.
