Persistence and patience.

I received exceptional service from UIF Connect. The ladies I have dealt with have been persistent with my difficult case. I give credit to you ladies dealing with the Department of labour and employment... who I might add are not the easiest to deal with as I had originally started this on my own - patience is the virtue and UIF Connect never gave up. Thank you - you deserve more credit for what you get.
