Highly irate

If only there was a 0 rating I would have given it. I'm so ****ed off... My husband confirmed that all my maternity forms were in order and there is nothing outstanding as we already waiting 3 weeks for our stuff to be submitted. On the 11th of February I then got an email from Uif Connect stating that all my documents were submitted and I will get payment in 4-5 weeks or it could take 35 working days. I phoned the Uif people today to see how far payment was n they advised that they still awaiting my medical certificate form and company form for payment to be done... What nonsense is this. This will now be the 2nd month I'm on maternity leave and I will not be paid... How do I survive like this... This service is pathetic... Plus when my husband an I call Uif connect the line constantly goes on voicemail... If I don't receive feedback by close of business today I will go to the ombudsman or I will take this as high as possible...
