Hallelujah! Advice when hiring UIF Connect

Brilliant, happy with the results and service! First of all I wanted to ease anyone else's concerns should they have any. I contacted UIF connect after a year of no luck with the labour department, it was my last shot at trying to get my unemployment money. I was very hesitant to use them just because of previous reviews stating they were a **** but I took a shot and used what I read in previous reviews to my advantage.

I only emailed them and only emailed every 1-2 weeks for a basic follow up on my claim. I didn't hound them with calls or emails and I let them be and do their job, which was very stressful for me as I am a control freak. I also tried to remain polite in all my communication, because I've been on the end of nasty and brut emails before, so being polite meant I wasn't causing a tense relationship between the company trying to help me. I tried to trust the process and chill.

It was just over 5 weeks and I officially received my back pay for all my unemployment money. I am so thrilled, I literally screamed out loud.
