Beware of UIF Connect

UIF Connect is no easy way to assist with UIF related matters. This company just wastes your time and you will find yourself in a worse position relying on them as time goes by- I made payment to them R850-00 early August this year, after i was retrenched- hoping that UIF Connect could ease the stress of standing in long queues during the Covid19 Pandemic., what a waste of time...

They never pick up there telephone and should you eventually come though your reach a voice mail... Almost of my collages have received there UIF payments (Not Using UIF Connect) however UIF Connect always has a excuse or blame the UIF Department and will give feedback.... that is always the same story...

Please see a typical response from UIF Connect,

"just a note to advise that we have made another follow-up, but the claim has not yet been processed, and is still with the assessor. We are pushing for the approval, and will advise if it does come through before our closure next week. Kindly take note that UIF Connect will be closing on 15 December for the festive season, and we will re-open on the 8th of January 2021. If the approval comes through in the next week, we will advise you right away. Otherwise, the next feedback will be sent out after the 15th January 2021, after we have made a fresh follow-up. Kind regards, Elmari"

Seriously my claim has been laying with the Assessor since September? only a company that is completely *********** would not of been able to assist.. I rest my case...
