6 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING FOR PAYMENT!!!

I submitted my UIF application almost 6 Months ago and have still not received any payment! I paid R750 to UIF Connect, only to find out that they submit your UIF ONLINE and do NOT go into the labour department offices. Online submission is FREE! Everytime I ask for an update I receive: "Have not yet captured documentation" and that's it!!! UIF add ZERO VALUE to your experience. It would have taken me 30 mins to submit my app online myself and get the above feedback from the labour dept directly. I am gatvol!
