Inefficient, not communicative, like sinking your money into a blackhole.

I contracted Melissa to help us in February of 2021, paid her R1,300 for her service in advance. She has been very slow and inefficient even during the process of filling in the documentation, only telling us weeks later that certain documents were missing etc. However, everything has supposedly been submitted correctly, months ago. And she claims she's escalating everything, not that this has helped at all. It is now the 25th of October - almost 10 MONTHS LATER and still nothing. Save your money. Her facebook page says the remove the stress and hassle... rather save yourself the R1,300. Shocking. Someone should lodge a complaint with the department of Labour and that someone may just be me...
