Bad Customer Service

UIF4mommies customer service is appalling. I have paid them for their services on the 23 December 2020. I understand that at the time we were entering into the Festive period and that there is a delay at the departure of labour due to Covid, but as a customer it should have been their duty to keep me updated on my claim which they have not done up until today.
