UIF Queen - not a Queen at all!

She promises the world and all she has delivered is excuses. She does not take responsibility for her own mistakes. Even when I told her there would be a problem with my bank details, she denied and said it was all fine. Well there WAS a problem and instead of apologizing for not checking, she blamed UIF for sending me an sms in error. Would not recommend her at all! Total waste of money.
