UIF Claim Review Process

I was struggling with my UIF application in terms of feedback and a reason for my claim not being paid. I got the number from a group and was assisted from the time I approached UIF Queen. She was able to get feedback on why I was not being paid and we finally resolved the issue. Once the issue was sorted she carried out the rest of the process and I finally received a payment.
