Only excuses, blaming the government and call centre for claims not going through, meantime documents not even submitted successfully on your behalf! Waited 8 months , then had to take matters into my own hands, as time was running out. At the actual office myself, claim got sorted and payment was made within 1 month.. Be very careful!
