You'd be better off doing it yourself

<p>I qualified for UIF after being diagnosed with cancer and unable to work for three months during the heavy treatment cycle. UIF promised to handle it, I paid upfront as required and submitted all required medical and government forms, which took most of a day. Initially they communicated regularly but then the phonecalls and mails dried up. A year and a half later with nothing to show for it they won't even respond to my mails or answer their calls. Don't waste your time, your money or your opportunity to be paid out.</p>
