Unpaid Uif

have submitted my ui19 form, salary schedule and bank account confirmation letter on the 23 October 2021 Orlando West department of labour and I told I will receive my money after 2 weeks, today is the 3rd of December. I'm unemployed father of three kids, 2 of them still at school, I can't apply for R350 because I'm registered uif. On the 29 November I wrote email to Uif complain center and they failed to help me. They said I must go back to Dept and knowing very well security guards won't allow me to get inside as I don't have appointment and due to COVID-19 restrictions. A day after I complained at Uif complain center, I received sms from unknown number and says I must talk to that person on email address provided for the release of my funds. I ask the person who is he/her and from where? no answer till today. I know always when I'm writing, I'm complaining. I'm asking your help.
