Unhelpful service

I did a online application was told to submit documents got a email to upload documents was told documents is showing after 35 days i phoned to find out how far my claim was no documents...went into the cape town branch up and down bank forms they then took the sam documents uploaded today its almost 2 months later with no money and no reply phoning them and the only answer i get is wait for ur sms really now since feb i am waiting on this money my own money so please tell me how long will i still have to wait....this is not right really
