UIF worst department ever to deal with.

I am giving up hope on our UIF system!! I am an accountant that has to deal with a department that gives a **** about their people! Whether it is maternity benefits, ill benefits or unemployment benefits...you get the same response....NO RESPONSE. No replies on emails, no assistance whatsoever from uif call centre number. The call centre staff does not know how to assist. I am disgusted with how this department treat the people who contribute to their salaries. We have hungr people out there guys! I leave this to Karma.
