UIF the whose government department out there

My experience with the uif has been absolutely pathetic. The staff are not helpful at all. They take forever to respond to anything. I app**** for uif on the 28May2020 and only received a payment in August. My September payment was so terrible and they say they only take into consideration the last 4 years of working. I worked for 19 years and I will not see the money I have been paying for those years. Nobody can tell me what the hell happens to that money. HOW FREAKING PATHETIC!!!
