Uif matters

I worked at a cleaning company for many years but had broken service and in that time I wasn't working for them I worked as a receptionist at another company for 4 months. The cleaning company retrenched me last year November 2019 and I started my uif procedures at Don mateman hall eldorado park ,within the next two months I was given return dates about 4 times because Everytime I had to return then someone would tell me your paperwork is done for the cleaning company but the receptionist one is still outstanding but we will sort it out come back,then they would give me another date.After the 4th time of returning the guy Charles told me go to the high court and get information regarding it and whoever was in charge with the case get telephone numbers etc I did all that and then returned with it all lawyers name contact details and just before lockdown I was promised on two occasions that he would send the email to this laywer which he never did. I eventually in April got Charles cell phone number and phoned he then told me he has to see what he did with the contact details of the laywer and my copies of the payslips I gave him regarding the receptionist job. Week before last I phoned h again to find out if he found it and he said on the 20 th may he would send the email to the laywer according to him he said I should give him atleast a week for communication from the laywer so last week I never phoned him then Tuesday 2 June I phoned him and I was shocked at his answer he said I should phone the laywer myself because he doesn't have time to do follow-ups. I had another guy also of uif's number Reggie and I wanted to know what should I do as it's 6 months already and Ive been patient this whole time he just dropped the phone as I was still talking. I get it that at the moment the work is overflowing but there is people that came way after me to do the uif and they are receiving their monies. Please help
