Uif Maternity Benefit Claims

<p>after a very good first experience , I decided to use Uif Matters again to handle my maternity benefit claim. I went on maternity leave in March & will be returning to work in 2 weeks time , I have still not received my first payment from the department of labour. I paid for a service which has been satisfactory to say the least. Initially I received feedback , via email , but thereafter I've had to follow up constantly for feedback regarding my claim. I'm so frustrated with this company. I am beginning to realize that my claim is never going to get processed. There is always some excuse : either that there's a problem with my HR department or it's the fault of the department of labour. Personally, Elmari Nortje should not be dealing with clients as she has no way of dealing people , totally unhelpful or maybe it's just because I'm Indian, well that's how she makes me feel. My hope is that more people become aware of this company & think twice about using their services . All I can say is that previously I was assisted by Rene Van Der Linde who was excellent.</p>
