My husband submitted his illness benefits at the beginning of marc 2019, on the file he submitted the necessary documentation or the condition, but they have not attached the forms nor given any feedback as to when they are paying, every time we ave to submit the documents to a different email address, highly unprofessional and not making any motivation to help us, its is motor neuron diseases and it falls into the criteria, he calls we email we call again, and are never given an answer, this is his my first claim ever and this is a need as he has no means of working or making any kind of money he is in a wheelchair, WAKE UP SOUTH AFRICANS THEY won't PAY A PALE SKIN
