I have submitted my unemployment Insurance fund claim online on the 24 April 2023 and submitted all the necessary or required documents 13 June 2023 at Mamelodi UIF office. Since July 2023 I have made several followed up with the office personally and telephonically but my payment not yet processed and the only answer I get is that my complaint will be escalated. On the 30 June 2023 Ufilling status showed it was send to paymaster On the 11 August 2023 Ufilling status showed it was send to paymaster All my enquiries went on deaf ears.
