UIF-C0vid19 TERS non-payments

We have all endured the Covid19 era and the Government have been very accommodating by instituting UIF-Covud19-TERS, however my last 3 claims are not receiving the attention they should. these are periods 16/10/2020 to 31/12/2020, 1/1/2021 to 15/3/2021 and iteration 10 for 16/3/2021 to 25/7/2021 for over 60s. These claims were submitted over 18 months ago and have still not been processed
