UIF and u-filing website not working

The u-filing website is down again. It doesn't say this, so you go through all the steps and then a message appears that says: We were unable to get your returns. Please check back later. This has been going on for almost 2 months. After I phoned the call centre, I was told to send a mail to ***. I did, but are not receiving any response.
