Uif

I app**** online they send me a sms saying it would take 35 days after the 35 days i contacted them they said i must go in to the offices i went in and they said i must put in a complain form against a company that did not end of the uif so that they can send a inspector out but i worked for various companies the last few years and i dont know against wich company must i put in the complain form because they ask start date and end date of employment and company name i tried and phone numerous times to try and find out no joy someone gave me the provincial inspectors cell no but no answer just cant get anyware with uif
