Thaba Nchu labour department

Bad service at thaba nchu labour department. Contrary to the department of labour at Bloemfontein, everytime they're involved in my case I have to wait months with excuses after excuses as to why things are not coming right. I received 1 claim since I app**** fornuif since January. The only time my uif claim was done right by them was when I insisted they put it down on the system while I was there. And I never struggled signing for money at the department of labour in Bloemfontein. Now again the department of labour at thaba nchu are handling my case for my second claim and I have been waiting since last week friday. They keep saying the money will reflect but I'm afraid the cycle has begun.
