Ters payout

It's been 3 months and I'm still awaiting UIF Ters payout. The other staff in my company are collecting their 3rd payout and I'm still sitting as unprocessed. I call the toll free number all the time to no avail. I even called this morning and I'm waiting for the supervisor that was busy at the time to call me back. I am still not back at work. Are we supposed to starve until this lock down is over.
