Shoddy service

I submitted all my information to this company on 16 September 2015. Apparently nobody knows what the objective of their business is as 10 months later I am still waiting for my UIF claim to be settled.

I have been dealing with OWNER of the business Tamryn-Leigh Capitano, for the past 2 months. Even though she has apologised for the shoddy service I've received, all my emails following up on the status of my claim go unanswered.

If anything, standing in the line at the department of Labour is probably less frustrating than this - which is ironic becuase the claim to take the frustartion out of the process. I strongly discourage anybody from using this business - they really don;t know what they're doing - not even the owner.

Should this not be resolved by the end of the month, I will have to take this to the Consumer Complaints Commission and then all social media platforms.

AGAIN - DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

Further to the above, UIF Matters have taken the service fee from me and many other unsuspecting mums and now conveniently shut their business down, as per their out of office. 22 months after the birth of my son, my UIF claim has still not been settled and the only reason it's getting any attention at all at the DoL is because I have emailed the Chief Director of Operations and copied Carte Blanche. Tamryn-Leigh Capitano has a lot to be proud of!
