Shocking service

UIF Matters seemed very professional when I first registered with them... This was of course so that they could get my money. I sent all my documents for my maternity leave through to them in November 2015. It is now almost 5 months later and I have still not received payment. I have paid for a service which I have not received. I have had to deal with over 6 people since I first registered as there staff turnover is exceptionally poor. No communication from there side that there was even a change in management. You just had to keep emailing different addresses until someone hopefully responds. I now deal directly with the owner and she only follows up on claims once I have hounded her for feedback. She never replies to emails until I have sent a second or third email. I sent an email stating how unprofessional their service was and the owner did not even bother to reply to that. It seems this company is all about taking your money in the beginning and they couldn't give a hoot once they have received your money.
