Pathetic service from UIF labour

I have been struggling to get assistance from UIF labour since November 2020, I then managed to get everything that was required from me and uploaded my documents on the 20th of January 2021 which i then followed up to find out if my things was correct and they said yes n it should take up to 35 day which should've been the 25th of February 2021. I then called on the 4th of march 2021 to follow up and they said it hasn't been to am assessor n then should take up to 14 working days. Called again today on the 8th of march and still hasn't been allocated to an assessor and now been told it could take up to 14 to 21 working days. Everytime I call my date gets pushed further and the problem here is that we have responsibilities that they care nothing about!!
