Pathetic service from uif

I have submitted a claim in October 2023 for illness benefit, I had gone into the UIF office and later realized that nothing was captured on the system. I then had uploaded all th r necessary documents on the system in February they came back ND advised claim was rejected.i appealed the claim...I have the called call center several time spoke to different ppl..they have advised that they will escalate the issue.. required me to send the relevant documents which I hv nailed through several times but they can't seem to pick up anything on there system. . Managers/team leaders don't return calls or fall up
