Not getting my money from UIF

Lost my job at the end of July 2017 and registered for UIF. Was supposed to receive first payment on the 1st of September, it is now 26October and I have still not received any money.

I have on record the 9 calls I made to the UIF offices - every call centre person gave me different advise. I provided them with all necessary paperwork - some in triplicate - and was promised a payment that was done on the 18th of October - I have email proof of this.

This morning when I phoned yet again, I was told that there is a problem on their side with ABSA,their service provider.

How is this possible? And no person is willing to help. Is there anyone out there thatcan help?
