No progress on maternity payment

My baby was born last year Oct from when I submitted all the requested documents in Jan. After that I phoned got a link send to me from where on I resubmitted it once again.

Week after week you phone with no responce, I start sending email still no responce. I eventually got to someone in Jun/Jul from where I got case number...

Once again phone week after week everyone tells you a different story and the they esculate it to get approved.

I resubmitted my babys birth certificate on monday and was told 3 to 5 working days then my payment should be done... I phoned again today spoke to 4 different people and each one tell you a different story.

I have never been so frustrated and I really need the income...
