No feedback or responses from UIF departments

I sent various emails to UIF at different email addresses but none of them came back to me. I told them to please reply by email, no phone calls due to my hearing impairment. I cannot hear the phone. But still none of them came back to me. I emailed since last month but still none. It is very disappointed.
