My uif claim not paid out

<p>Hello</p> <p> </p> <p> ********** 246081</p> <p> </p> <p>Hello</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me i was dismissed from work in October on the 28th. I had a ccma case which went in my favour. I app**** for uif and there's always a problem with my documents. Firstly the department did not put a stamp on the uif19 form. Secondly the data capture has captured my claim incorrectly I was dismissed from work.</p>
