Maternity Leave UIF benefits

I app**** for UIF 13 August, when I do follow up on my online application, all the consultants that I get they ask me to send through my salary schedule and leave income, until I decide to go to Orlando Department of labour, I went there on the 19. O9. 2022 but still when I check my status on my application it still says Sent to an Accessor, after so many follow up and branch visit the is no one who is attending my application. In 2015 samething happened I didn't get any payment, I did call them after returning back to work, then I was told there's no application that was done under my name and I can not claim since I've returned back to work.
