Goodwood Labour Department/UIF

On the 17th of July both me and my wife submitted our uif applications at the Goodwood office after both of us were basically entrenched.

I went back to the same office some time ago just to do an enquiry on the applications but was not assisted in any way by the staff present.

I have now, after making further enquiry learnt that there is no application for me and my wife. I am not sure if this is not loaded/lodged on the system or what the situation is, I was only told that there is no application.

Could you possibly advise what needs no happen now as I have to pay rent and I have dependents to feed.

I really honestly and truly think and believe that if anything went wrong with my application it could and would have been resolved by the time i did an inquiry but instead i was shunned.

In my entire work career this would only be my second time applying for UIF and it is much needed at this point - I have bills to pay as well as rent. I need to take care of my two minors but how do i do this when you cant even get help from Jopseph Adison and his supervisor???
