EXTREEMLY UNPROFESSIONAL

<p>After 11 MONTHS I have given up!!!!!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UIF MATTERS TO ANYONE.............</p> <p>They quick to take payment but so bad at follow ups. i revieved feedback in the begining but now the only feedback ( if thats what you want to call it) is when i call and they say they will call me back..... GUESS what NO CALL BACK OR EMAIL.... i have had enough... this company is exteemly unprossional my claim has been shifted from one person to the next that i have had about 7 people working on my claim since JULY 2015 and even with new OWNERSHIP its just as bad.... they are imposible to reach. everyone is contantly on maturnatly leave or has left the company that you are left clueless as to what is happening with your claim... and if you are lucky enough to recieve any feedback you will get an email saying " YOUR DO***ENTS HAVE NOT BEEN CAPTURED WITH DOL" this company is supost to be there for suport you only go through an agency like this to make your life easier.... well they have proved me wrong.. I would much rather sit in line at the Department of labour myself next time!!!! </p>
