Bad service all round

I am also facing an uphill battle with UIF matters, I sent my documents end of November and UIF matters only submitted them 23 January on top of that I recieved luke warm feedback from them stating \you claim is being processed. What does that mean I had to ask for this statement to be expanded as there are different stages to filing a claim till payment. I have not recieved any feedback for over a month now and I have taken it upon myself to do my own follow ups. UIF MAtters is a ******* they were eager and quick when taking my money and when its time to deliver they fail dismally. What a waiste of my money and time. If you want to claim at the UIF office you are better off doing it yourself, this journey with UIF Matters was promised to be smooth and effortless from my side it has been nothing but that. "
