Advertising a service which they cant deliver

I paid UIF Matters to claim my maternity UIF. I went on Maternity leave beginning of Dec 2015, i still haven't received any money. <br> I emailed and phoned DOL and they say they still havent received some paperwork from UIF Matters. <br> When I phone UIF Matters, either no one is available or no one answers the phone.<br> They are advertising a service but they cant even give you that service!! <br> I want my money back!
