TERS

TERS is not answering their phones at all. sometimes it sounds like someone picked up the phone but they are just not talking, like a pocket dial. yesterday it happened again, and when I whistled to get the person's attention, the call was dropped.

The way they say to verify banking details on the portal is not working, there is also no changing the trading name as per their instructions. emailing proof of banking details have not yielded any results either.

I am beyond knowing what to do!
