Payment for TERS April not yet received

I need to know why i have not received my APRIL Ters Payment

I have been calling MUSA from Ters on his cell anf sent Watts appnto him with my details and still no feedback as ge reads my messages and does not respind.

PLEASE help ad i get no feed back from the TERS Office
